Anne adaylarının gebelik ve doğum sürecini bilinçli, güvenli ve sağlıklı şekilde geçirebilmelerini desteklemek amacıyla Gazi Hastanesi Gebe Okulu hizmete açılmıştır.
Gebe Okulumuz; gebelik öncesi dönemden başlayarak doğum ve doğum sonrası süreci kapsayan, anne adaylarını ve ailelerini bilgilendirmeye yönelik yapılandırılmış eğitim içerikleri sunmaktadır. Amaç, gebelik sürecine dair doğru ve güvenilir bilgilerin uzmanlar eşliğinde paylaşılmasıdır.
Gebe Okulu Nedir?
Gebe okulu; gebelik sürecinde anne adaylarının vücudunda ve yaşamında meydana gelen değişimleri daha iyi anlamalarını, doğuma bilinçli şekilde hazırlanmalarını ve doğum sonrası döneme daha hazır girmelerini destekleyen bir eğitim yaklaşımıdır. Bu süreçte anne adaylarının bilgiye doğru kaynaktan ulaşmaları ve kendilerini daha güvende hissetmeleri hedeflenir.
Gazi Hastanesi Gebe Okulu’nda Neler Yapılıyor?
Gazi Hastanesi Gebe Okulu’nda, gebeliğin farklı evrelerine yönelik bilgilendirme ve farkındalık çalışmaları yürütülmektedir. Eğitimlerde gebelik sürecindeki fizyolojik ve duygusal değişimler, sağlıklı beslenme yaklaşımları, doğuma hazırlık süreci, nefes ve gevşeme uygulamalarına dair temel bilgiler ile doğum sonrası anne ve bebek bakımına yönelik genel bilgilendirmeler ele alınmaktadır. Ayrıca emzirme süreci, lohusalık dönemi ve anneliğe uyum gibi konularda da bilgilendirici içerikler sunulmaktadır.
Bu kapsamda baba adaylarının sürece dahil edilmesini destekleyen bilgilendirmelerle, aile bütünlüğünün güçlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Eğitimler Kimler Tarafından Veriliyor?
Gebe Okulu kapsamında sunulan bilgilendirme ve eğitimler; Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Uzmanları, deneyimli ebeler, diyetisyenler, fizyoterapistler ve yenidoğan hemşirelerinin yer aldığı multidisipliner bir sağlık ekibi tarafından yürütülmektedir. Eğitimler, anne adaylarının ihtiyaçları gözetilerek anlaşılır ve destekleyici bir yaklaşımla aktarılmaktadır.
