Gazi Hospital’s Antenatal School provides information and awareness activities tailored to the different stages of pregnancy. The sessions cover physiological and emotional changes during pregnancy, healthy nutrition approaches, preparation for childbirth, basic information on breathing and relaxation techniques, and general guidance on postpartum maternal and newborn care. Informative content is also provided on breastfeeding, the postpartum period, and adjusting to motherhood.
Information encouraging expectant fathers to participate in the process is also provided, with the aim of strengthening family unity.
Who Provides the Training?
The information and educational sessions offered through the Antenatal School are delivered by a multidisciplinary healthcare team that includes obstetricians and gynecologists, experienced midwives, dietitians, physiotherapists, and neonatal nurses. The sessions are delivered in a clear and supportive manner, taking the needs of expectant mothers into account.

Antenatal School Program Details
Training Days and Times: Wednesdays and Fridays, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Program Duration: 4 weeks (2 days per week / 2 hours per session)
Participation: Free of charge. Registration is required.
Location: Private Gazi Hospital Antenatal School (Main Building, 1st Floor)
A Certificate of Participation is provided at the end of the program.
